Pasadena Art Night: 10-19-08
Jennifer & I went together.
Our first stop was the Pasadena Museum of History
Next was the SIde Street Projects
We had to walk to CVS and buy batteries because Jennifers camera died.
The two of us on one of the many bus rides.
This is the Armory Of The Arts.
We then went to the Pasadena Jazz Institute.
It was a cool upstairs little jazz bar with a jazz band playing.
It was too dark inside to get a picture of the band.
Then we took one of the longer bus rides to the Pasadena City College.
This was one of the many strange sculptures in the extremely small exhibit room.
We also learned from the many signs around that PCC does not allow smoking on campus.
PMCA: Pasadena Museum of California Art
The parking garage was my favorite part because of the graffiti...
Bright images like these were covering all the walls.
Back on the busses.
The Pacific Asia Museum
Me in front of a sign there.
This is the Pasadena Public Library.
Outside wandering.
More book than you could ever imagine.
Next stop, the Yoko Ono Wish Trees on One Colorado.
I really liked this stop also.
Every paper has a different wish on them.
I read quite a few, they were pretty deep and mostly sad.
Then it was off to the Norton Simon.
I had to stand on top a brick wall to get in this picture.
More of Me & Jennifer on the bus. Getting tired by this point ha.
The furthest & last stop of all 11, The Art Center College of Design.
We had to wait 30 minutes for a bus back down the hill to go home, it was ridiculous.
